Then we &#8220;ping&#8221; out the dents, polish the scratches out and compound one or more layers of oxidation.  Then all the black paint has to be removed in preparation for re-painting.  Once this is completed we are ready for the center caps.  First we try to find new or slitly used ones, if those are not available, we remove all paint and prepare for refinishing.  And refinishing is another story!</p>
