Joe contacted us from Kansas and needs to sell this Mustang, so we're here to help. Joe is a union ironworker of many years and a Ford man for even more! He bought this Mustang for his son when his son was about 16, in hopes of making his son a Ford man just like him. They worked on it for a few years, after having bought it as nothing more than a shell with some boxes of parts, and Joe's son drove it through his high school senior year. Unfortunately, Joe's son these days is more into girls and computers than cars and Mustangs--oh well, we can't convince them all--so Joe is selling this Mustang after spending a few good years with it. It has a rebuilt 289 V8 with an Edelbrock 4v carb, C4 automatic transmisson, aluminum intake, Flowmaster dual exhaust and headers. It also has new shocks, brakes, 17" rims and appropriate tires, and all new weatherstripping. The exterior is a 20 footer, so this is a driver. The interior has new dash cover, headliner and door panels, though that still needs a bit of work. Note that it has the Mach I woodgrain interior finish, though this may or may not be original. The VIN is 9F02Mxxxxxx, but the driver's door has been replaced, so the door tag is no good. This is a solid 1969 Fastback (a great year, a great body style) with a clear Kasnas title that will make someone a wonderful daily driver/tinker Mustang.
