Our car-finder in New Mexico, Mark, met Mike recently and checked out this car he has been working on for a while. Mike runs a high-end automobile transportation company and restores cars with his dad in his spare time. His dad is a tattoo artist who frequently trades tattoo work for car parts--the Cragers on this car were one such trade! Mike's dad owns a '56 GMC that they are both eager to restore, so Mike decided to sell his beloved Mustang to get some working capital to get it done.

MustangOnlyOne Summary: What makes this 'Stang so great is that it is a 1964½ Ford Mustang Coupe that is a very good daily driver that runs great for long distances. The exterior paint is in good daily driver shape, and the interior is also in very good shape, with red and black two-tone upholstery. Mike and his dad have also installed aftermarket window tint, a CD player, and Crager SS rims. The undercarriage is in so-so condition, but there is rust beginning to form on the front floorpans, moreso in the driver's side, which will need attention ASAP; this has caused some damage, which you can see in the pics, taken from the undercarriage perspective. This car has a C-Code 289 2v V8 and C4 automatic transmission. The door plate VIN has been painted over, but Mike is willing to sand this away and send in pics if necessary. For overall structural integrity and preservation, MustangOnlyOne gives this car an 8 out of 10 points as a daily driver, as a lot of the original components appear to be preserved in this car, but it has a lot of custom work on it (rims, paintjob, upholstery, etc), and there is rust that needs to be dealt with in the floorpans.
