What makes this 'Stang so unique is that it has the original 289 engine, which at 97728.6 miles has never been rebuilt and still runs like a charm, and the original automatic transmission.  Patti did have a 4-barrel carburetor installed instead of the original 2-barrel, in addition to all the Shelby Cobra features, such as the Cobra air filter and valve covers.  The car has power steering, manual drum brakes and original suspension.  The body has a top-quality, clear coat urethane paintjob, which is still emaculate.  The trunk lid, however, needs some alignment readjustment done, and there is a small ding in the driver's door.  The power convertible top has some minor damage behind the passenger-side window as well.  Inside, the car is in very nice shape, although the fuel gauge and clock do not work.  The car has a center console, AM/FM/CD player with removeable face, Premium sound system, and the Shelby Convertible rollbar.  There is some surface rust on the undercarraige, though it is mild and yet corrosive.  For overall frame preservation and reliability, MustangOnlyOne gives this car a 10 out of 10 points, as it is solid and free of any significant damage or rust and is mechanically sound.  For overall quality and performance, MustangOnlyOne gives this car an 8.5 out of 10 points, as the convertible top has some damage and the body has a few minor damages (such as in the driver's door and the trunk alignment), but the paintjob is very high-quality and looks great.  This is a great Shelby clone for someone not looking for a perfect, genuine Shelby, but would like the power and look that a Shelby offers.
