1969 Mustang Fastback

Summary

This 'Stang was purchased from Tony. Our friend Ammar wants a classic to invest in and he's ready to do the final work on this beauty. The car just needs a little engine work. We are also going to look at the transmission and fix a few cosmetic problems. Check back for updates!

Here is the Mustang's arrival at MustangOnlyOne's workshop.

Stage 1: The All-Important Test Drive

The '69 did nicely in the test drive. The hood is a little loose. We listened for transmission shifting problems and did not find any! There is quite a bit of play in the steering, which we will be investigating more throughly after the engine work is completed.

Stage 1: Engine Check Up and Work

We took the '69 out to Steve's for the engine work. He is a good friend of MustangOnlyOne's and we are happy to be working with him on this project. Steve has years of experience with classics and, along with Billy (another good friend), he has quite a classic car business going himself. Their expertise will ensure that this job is well done!
